Youth Ministry

We want our young people to have a strong foundation for a lifetime of faith. That means robust teaching, deep friendships, and service that changes lives.

Our youth take on responsibility for planning their own programs, supported by adults who recognize the unique spiritual qualities of young Christians. Together, they share in the parish’s mission to make and grow disciples of Jesus Christ.

Ways to Grow in Faith

  • Sunday School and Confirmation. Young people explore Scripture, ask questions about faith, and learn what it means to follow Christ. Confirmation preparation offers a deeper opportunity to make the faith their own.
  • Wednesday Bible Study. Following our community dinner, youth gather for Bible study and small-group conversation, connecting the teaching of Scripture with everyday life.
  • Sunday Youth Group. Games, outings, shared meals, and conversation make space for lasting friendships and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Youth Retreats. Time away brings young people together for Bible study, prayer, singing, games, and fellowship.
  • Acolytes. Serving at the altar invites young people to take an active part in Sunday worship and deepen their understanding of the liturgy.

Our gatherings and opportunities change with the seasons. See our Events page for current offerings, and contact Nathan Dearen to learn how to get involved.
